Dr. Luz Rosadio Portilla is a 29 years old medical doctor and  coursing the third of five years in the fellowship of thoracic and cardiovascular surgery at the Guillermo Almenara Irigoyen National Hospital of Lima, Peru.

The vascular surgery Unit of the hospital to which she belong is a reference center for vascular pathologies in all regions of Peru.

One of the main missions of the vascular department is to promote the publication of her experiences in medical and surgical management of the complex pathologies that they manage to treat and thus share our experiences internationally.
