• We recommend limiting the number of slides to 15 if possible.
  • Plan for the oral presentation to be approximately 20-25 minutes allowing 5 minutes for questions and answers at the end of the webinar.
  • Submit a draft PowerPoint two weeks prior to the webinar.
  • Submit a final PowerPoint and any reference materials that you'd like to offer in PDF form 3 business days before the webinar.
  • Join the webinar at least 15 minutes in advance of the scheduled start for final sound checks and logistics.

You do not need to have a Zoom account to join a Zoom meeting or webinar but for the best user experience (moderators must do this to utilize co-hosting controls) we do recommend you at least download and install the Zoom desktop application prior to your meeting.

Although Zoom can be downloaded on Android and iOS devices, we strongly encourage you to use a laptop or desktop over a smartphone or tablet. This will give you a better viewing experience with more functionality
