·    Contribute to the developments of learning new and novel outcomes with their organizing operations to response with services from policy development and health teams.  

·    Responsible for curriculum chronic care management in learner organization related service plan process with stakeholders. All the stages of outcome development were based on key health objectives and performance targets

·    Accountable for the delivery of appropriate scientific and health problems opinions for the managerial and directorial staff members and their teams to have sufficient understanding with details and make the optimum operational decisions, ensuring that profitability, production efficiency, quality and yield targets are achieved accordingly to the KPIs.

·     Advocate RD/QA supervisors and managers to achieve the most effective and efficient processes of new and novel health care development including sourcing key funding, processing at practicality levels, care process and safety of the risk complication disease, resource and distribution of the environment.

·     Advice the process of all health system with the net work and clients plans, achieving best practice and appropriate allocation of available number clients to maximize care process results.

·     Build a health and safety focused culture on the facility with the objective of proactively instilling safety standards and best practice
