Health Care, currently provides leadership in strategic initiatives and quality improvement. She
primarily supports the cardiovascular service line. Her oversight is for both inpatient and
outpatient clinical quality measures. She is actively involved in standardizing quality monitoring
across the care network to align with the service line growth. Over the years, Purnima has
supported high-value care initiatives and implemented many clinical pathways. Her interests
include optimization of the care continuum, patient flow, and data analytics to drive quality
improvement. She holds an MBA and MSN in Leadership and Management from North Park
University, Chicago, and is pursuing a Doctorate in Nursing Practice from University of San
Francisco. She is also a certified Healthcare Lean Six Sigma professional.
