Yoana Bañados Leiro graduated as a nurse in 1997 at the University of Concepción. She worked as a clinical nurse in Surgery and Medicine at the Dr. Gustavo Fricke hospital. In 2001 She met the UPC and fell in love with it. Yoana Bañados Leiro went to the neurocritical UPC of the Carlos Van Buren Hospital, they offered to set up the UPC of the San Martín Hospital, and she have been there since 2012 as a supervisor. Diploma in Quality and IAAS (Universidad A. Bello), Magister in Public Management (Universidad Católica) and currently doing the Specialization in Intensive at the Universidad Valparaíso.
