Dr. Gil Parentela may be known to most as a mental health professional, educator, academic manager and administrator, researcher, humanitarian advocate, and a travel enthusiast. Currently a faculty of Saudi Arabia’s premier university, the King Saud University, located in Riyadh. Professional experience of more than 2 decades which included local (Philippines) and international exposure on hospital and academic settings.

A member of Sigma Theta Tau International Honor Society of Nursing, Green Peace Philippines, Special Olympics Philippines and KSA, Global Goodwill Ambassador and Peace Advocate, and a United Nation Volunteer.
