Emer graduated with an honours degree in Human Nutrition and Dietetics in 1999 and has worked as a dietician in Chelsea and Westminster Hospital since 2002. Prior to this she has been a dietician in some of the top London teaching hospitals and has spent time working in many existing areas of nutrition including public relations, radio, television and written press. Her areas of expertise include IBS and food intolerances, weight loss and woman's health. She achieves excellent results for her clients and the new scientific dietary approach for the management of IBS is proving to be extremely popular amongst her IBS clients. Emer is also a media spokesperson for the British Dietetic Association and has worked with some of the UK's top businesses and charities. This experience has given her a wealth of knowledge and the ability to recognise her client's individual needs and requirements to guide them in the right direction to achieve their goals.
