Working at
Hospital Prof. Dr. Fernando Fonseca, in NICU, Portugal, since 2007 and
assistant Professor in Nursing School of Lisbon.
In 2018
finish a master science degree in child health nursing and Pediatrics, during
which her began the studies of oral feeding in preterm infants. In the same
year, with the project “Feeding methods in preterm infants: nursing care,
she joined the Neonatal Integrative Developmental Care (NIDCare), lead by
Professor Maria Alice dos Santos Curado, from the Nursing Research, ui&de,
and now Innovation and Development Center of Lisbon (CIDNUR), Nursing School of
Lisbon. The previous project is now about to the concluded.
Currently a PhD Student at Nursing School of Lisbon –
University of Lisbon with the project “Neuroprotective Care in preterm
infants to promote feeding autonomy: breastfeeding supportive feeding methods”.
