Badawi is a professor of Pediatrics and consultant Pediatric Endocrinologist
& Diabetologist in Cairo University. She has also worked on the Growth
Hormone Committee with the Egyptian Ministry of Health. With 35 years
experience in the field, her publications include research in the fields of
diabetes, congenital adrenal hyperplasia, obesity, critically-ill children
among others. She will be explaining why penile size in children matters and
how such measurements can impact on medical and urologic surgical decisions.
Badawi holds an MSc and MD from Cairo University and a membership of the Royal College
of Pediatrics and Child Health, UK.
