Prof. Vladimir U. Nazarov had got his Ph.D. in 1990 at the Far-Eastern Branch of Russian Academy of Sciences.
He is now at the Fritz Haber Research Center of Molecular Dynamics, Institute of Chemistry, Hebrew University of Jerusalem, Israel
and he is professor emeritus at the Research Center for Applied Sciences, Academia Sinica, Taiwan.
Before he has worked, in the inverse chronological order, in Taiwan, South Korea, Japan, and Russia.
His scientific interests lie in the field of the fundamentals and applications of the time-dependent density functional theory, particles-solid interactions, and low-dimensional systems.
