Dr. Zhang earned her MS and PhD degrees in Clinical Medicine from Hebei Medical University. She is the Chief Physician and Director of the Intensive Care Unit at the Eighth Medical Center, PLA General Hospital, specializing in sepsis and heat stroke conditions. Dr. Zhang leads major research projects and has received top awards, including the PLA Medical Achievement Second Prize. She has published 50 papers, including 5 SCI papers and 10 MEDLINE-indexed papers. She had written 2 books as chief editor and participated in writing 8 books. She have obtained three patents and one software copyright.
