Dr. Mukesh Laddha is currently working as Robotic Joint Replacement & Arthroscopy Specialist in RNH Hospital, Nagpur, Maharashtra, India.

He Started Super-specialty orthopedic private practice in and around Central India since 2010.

Doing exclusive Arthroscopy and Arthroplasty practice.

He looks after three major joints like Shoulder, Knee & Hip. 

He does all kinds of Arthroscopic procedures of knee & Shoulder including multiligament reconstruction, Meniscus repair, patello-femoral instabilities, cartilage regeneration, ACL/PCL reconstruction, labral and cuff repairs. He does all primary and revision total knee and hip replacement surgeries along with shoulder replacement surgeries. So far, he had done more then 2000 arthroscopy surgeries and 1500 joint replacement surgeries.

He is pioneer in central India to start robotic assisted knee replacement surgeries.

He had Multiple publication to his credit in Arthroscopy Techniques, American journal of sports medicines, Indian journal of orthopedics, etc.

He had developed a new technique for ACL surgery - Anatomical Single Rectangular Tunnel with double bundle like ACLR, which is published in Arthroscopy technique.

He is regular National and International Faculty in most of the Arthroscopy and Arthroplasty conference in and around India.

He is past secretary of Arthroscopy society Nagpur and is organizing secretary for multiple arthroscopy and joint replacement conference

Yearly he trains four fellows and help them to learn tips and tricks of Arthroscopy and Arthroplasty.
