Tatiana Pankratenko graduated from Pediatric Faculty of the Russian State Medical University, Moscow, in 1994. In 2001-2004 she passed the full-time postgraduate study at the at the Scientific Center of Children’s Health of the Russian Academy of Medical Sciences, Moscow, and defended Ph.D. thesis on the topic ‘Evaluation of markers of intravascular volume in children with nephrotic syndrome” in 2005. Then she worked as a researcher at the Department of Pediatric Dialysis at Moscow Regional Research and Clinical Institute (MONIKI), Moscow.
Since 2018 T.Pankratenko works as a pediatric nephrologist at the ?enter of gravitational blood surgery and hemodialysis, St. Vladimir’s Children’s City Clinical Hospital, Moscow. She takes part in teaching activities as an associate professor of the Department of transplantology, nephrology and artificial organs of MONIKI. The main fields of her research work are clinical and pathophysiological aspects of typical and atypical hemolytic uremic syndrome, as well as chronic kidney disease in children.
