Pioneer in the implementation of two public services of renal replacement therapy in the Brazilian Amazon region: the first in the municipality of Santarém (PA), which serves 20 municipalities with more than 1 million inhabitants, where he worked from 2006 to 2011; and the second in the municipality of Bragança (PA), which serves 16 municipalities with around 600 thousand inhabitants, where he has worked since 2011 to the present.
