1.       Eminent Professor Inche Dr. Meer Ahmad Mydin Meera is a medical doctor, fully registered in 1980 beside registered National Specialist Register Malaysia, and a Senior Life Member of Malaysian Medical Association from 1985. He is Fellow of the Academy of Medicine Malaysia, member from 1995. He is Eminent Fellow of Scholars Academic & Scientific Society International beginning January 2022.

2.       He is graduate of University of Malaya (1974 - 79), beside Master of Public Health (1983 - 84). He is postgraduate of USAF School of Aerospace Medicine (1982) and post-master at RAF (UK) Institute of Aviation Medicine (1986).

3.       He serve Malaysian Armed Forces from 1980 – 1993 and in various capacity, importantly as a Staff Officer 2 Defence Ministry, as a Commanding Officer Medical Battalion (Army Field Hospital), and as a Staff Officer 1 at 1 Div HQ, Kuching in a charge of Armed Forces Health of Sarawak and Sabah state, beside involve in clinical medicine at Armed Forces Sick Quarters providing service to military personnel and family. He took optional retirement from Armed Forces in 1993 to found his present business Meer Ahmad Health Care Consultancy, presently plenty involved in research in medicine, health, sports and aviation, still registering several research proposal at National Medical Research Register Malaysia. Recently, he wrote book on golf, sprinting, boxing, rugby and hockey, beside re-editing a book on cricket he wrote in 2005.

4.       From May 2017 till March 2019, he is a academic in Community Medicine at MAHSA University educating MBBS student, and MScPH student. Subsequent to optional retirement from Armed Forces, he also worked to be General Practitioner in a private sector in Malaysia and outside Malaysia. At a time around 2015/16, the Dengue Vaccination Advocacy Group Malaysia, honoured him by appointing him spokesperson of this Group. Presently, he is Senior Consultant in Public Health Medicine, Senior Consultant in Aviation Medicine/Aviation and Senior Consultant in Sports.

5.       This Plaintiff had published some 30 article in health, medicine and aviation, after peer-review, in reputable international journal in past 3 years, and is reviewer in around 30 various journal and reviewed some 80 article in past 2.5 years - receiving Certificate of Excellence Reviewing in these. Five of his recent article accept publication are about COVID19, and had published 8 article on dengue fever, malaria and vaccine against these diseases. He also wrote in FaceBook social media.

6.       He is a senior expert in Medicine, Public Health Medicine, Epidemiology, Virology, Immunology and Vaccination.
